Army to study beamed energy propulsion, metamaterials with Blink 182’s Tom DeLonge

The U.S. Army will study quantum communications, quantum physics, beamed energy propulsion and a number of different superior applied sciences with Blink 182 frontman and main extraterrestrial researcher Tom DeLonge, either side introduced this month.
